안녕하세요, 저는 홍익대학교 시각디자인과 4학년 김세은입니다.
현재 졸업작업으로 책을 제작하고 있으며, 여러분의 도움이 간절히 필요합니다. 이번 졸업작업에서는 스크린 중심의 환경 속에서 시각 정보는 끊임없이 늘어나는 반면, 상대적으로 간과되어 온 촉각적 경험에 주목하고, 사람들이 왜 다시 직접 만지고 감각할 수 있는 물질을 좇는지 살펴보고 있습니다.

이 작업의 일환으로 서로 다른 장소와 상황 속에서 사람들이 말랑함을 즐기는 순간을 모으고 싶습니다.
2026년 여름을 강타했던 말랑이부터 슬라임, 퍼티, 액괴, 점토, 각종 작업 재료까지! 꼭 말랑이가 아니더라도 과거부터 지금까지, 무언가를 만지고 주무르며 느낀 인상적인 촉각적 경험의 순간들을 사진으로 자유롭게 자랑해주세요!!!

보내주신 사진들은 110×154mm의 판형의 졸업전시 책에 우표만한 크기로 선별하여 수록될 예정이며, 크롭이나 색 보정이 들어갈 수 있습니다
현재 목표는 약 200장 정도의 사진을 모으는 것입니다. ㅠ ㅠ

Hi everyone!! I'm Seeun Kim, a fourth-year Visual Communication Design student at Hongik University in Seoul, South Korea.
I'm currently making a book for my graduation project, and I could REALLY use your help!!!
My project explores something we tend to overlook in our screen-filled world: the experience of touch. We're surrounded by more and more visual information, but what about the things we can actually touch and feel? I'm curious about why we keep seeking out physical, touchable materials in a world dominated by screens.

So, I'm collecting photos of people enjoying squishy things in all kinds of places and situations!
Remember the squishy craze that took over the summer of 2026? Well, I'm looking for EVERYTHING squishy! Squishy toys, slime, putty, goo, clay, art materials, you name it!
And it doesn't even have to be a squishy toy! Whether it's from years ago or just yesterday, I'd love to see your little moments of touching, squeezing, squishing, or playing with something soft and satisfying.

[WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY PHOTOS?]

I'll be selecting photos to include in my graduation project book (110 × 154 mm). They'll be printed at around the size of a postage stamp, and I might crop or color-adjust them a little to fit the book.
I'm hoping to collect around 200 photos in total... PLEASE HELP ME GET THERE ㅠㅠ

OF COURSE!
There'll be a credits section at the back of the book. If you'd rather use a nickname or your Instagram handle instead of your real name, just let me know! You can stay anonymous too, no problem at all.
